More birthday party

We decorate cupcake cones and the girls folded and glued their own birthday candle boxes that we filled with candy. Ally has such darling friends. It was a lot of fun to watch them all together.

Ally's birthday party

For Ally's birthday party, we decorated t-shirts with puffy paints. They turned out really cute.

Pretty little lady

We have been feeding Lucy rice cereal at night so she will sleep longer, but she was having a hard time figuring out how to swallow it. She figured out that she could stick her thumb in her mouth after each bite to suck the cereal down. Then she pulls her thumb out for the next bite. It is the cutest thing I've ever seen. She is so much fun.

Reagan's Field Trip

Reagan got to go to the Fire Station for his first field trip at school last week. Pleasant Grove City just got a new fire truck that is at least twice as long as a normal fire truck. It was huge. These pictures don't look like $300+ pictures, but they are. I was trying to take pictures while holding Lucy, and I dropped the camera on the grass and broke it. We had to throw it away. Every time I look at these pictures now, I am reminded of it!

Reagan's First Day of School

Reagan had a great first day of school. When I picked him up at the end of school, he said, "Mom, thank you for sending me to school. It was so much fun!" That about sums it up.

Labor Day

Labor Day we hosted a picnic at our house. The kids and Grandpa had fun playing Car Lot. The Fuji apple tree didn't get run into and broken, much to Ryan's relief! Of course we had fresh salsa and watermelon and salad from the garden and a peach/raspberry crisp, too. It is so satisfying to have so much delicious food in your own yard. We had such a great time.

Cute kids

Just some ranch pictures

We went to the Ranch last week while David and Renee's family and Grandpa and Grandma were there. We had a great time and ate well as always. I explained to Reagan that Uncle David was Grandpa Jim's younger brother. David started chasing Reagan around, and Reagan said to me, with a great big smile on his face, "Mom, I think Grandpa's little brother wants to play with me!"
